2-hour site visit (or Facetime walkthrough) + written recommendations (project priorities, DIY guidance).

Site analysis, concept presentation, site plan, plant palette and species noted for exterior projects, 1 revision. Finish selections not included in design package.

Price is per space

50% deposit / 50% on delivery of final revision
Total project timeline not to exceed 45 days

Everything in “design” + all finished materials noted and sourced + 3 on-site walkthroughs with client's contractor. 3D rendering of one space provided (exterior/interior). Two revisions allowed.
